sylpheed on Nokia 770 OS 2006

This incredible email client that is delivered to the OS2006. Can not use with IMAP folders, I do not believe it. If the OS1986? Well, client looking for an alternative, I stumbled over sylpheed. An adjustment for the 2005-OS can be found at http://bleb.org/software/770/
But since I did not want to switch back to OS2005, and the documentation for sylpheed-compilation was great, I dared myself to it and the current version of sylpheed (2.2.9) patched and compiled for OS2006. To visit.

However, no solution is sylpheed. When starting from the Menu the program crashes always after a few seconds, run from the console it runs stable. Only little space for reading and editing of messages is available from the dream of a luxurious email client on my Nokia. Well, maybe I'll even be taken as a basis for something more intense to get into the 770er programming, who knows ...
